RETURNS & ORDER SUPPORT
We want you to feel confident choosing your pieces from Zhiva Designs. If something isn't quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with any return tags or seals still attached and intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item. Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review it and help make things right.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing.
JEWELRY & CARE
Our jewelry is made with stainless steel, chosen for its strength, corrosion resistance, and polished finish. It provides a durable, low-maintenance foundation for jewelry while allowing us to offer the variety and modern styles at the heart of Zhiva Designs.
Our gold-tone pieces are finished using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) gold plating. Unlike conventional plating, PVD uses a specialized process to bond the finish to the stainless steel surface, creating a coating with enhanced wear resistance.
Select designs also feature crystals and other decorative details.
Stainless steel and PVD-plated jewelry are relatively low-maintenance, but a little care can help preserve their appearance. Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth as needed to remove oils and buildup, and store pieces separately when not being worn to help minimize scratching.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, acetone, and household cleaning products, which can affect jewelry finishes over time.
